Indications:
Depression, anxiety, sadness, crying, mental confusion, disorientation, melancholy, restless sleep, poor memory, tiredness, poor appetite, scanty periods.
Indications in Chinese Medicine:
Pattern: Qi, Blood and/or Yin deficiency, Qi stagnation.
Action: Tonify Qi, nourish Blood and Yin, move Qi, open the Mind’s orifices.
Tongue: Pale or normal. In case of Yin deficiency: lack of coating.
Pulse: Weak, Choppy or Floating-Empty.
