Fructus Corni (Shan zhu yu)
Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Shan yao)
Poria (Fu ling)
Magnetitum (Ci shi)
Cortex Moutan (Mu dan pi)
Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shu Di Huang)
Fructus Schisandrae (Wu Wei Zi)

Dosage: 2-3 tablets, 2 times a day
