Shippment and returns

Orders are normally sent in the same day, as later in the following day of receipt of payment, by the company MRW, Fedex or post.

Shipment within Spain takes 24 / 72 hours as maximum and is certified.

The national shipping by post may take 7 to 15 days. All shipments are certified to avoid that the package is lost.

Shipments to European countries may take from 6 to 31 working days by post and 2 working days by courier (remote areas may take longer).

Shipments outside Europe can take up to 45-60 working days.

Shipping costs include costs for handling and packaging, as well as transport.

We advise you to group all items you buy in a single order, as we can group two different orders received separately, and shipping costs will apply to each of them.

Boxes are of sufficient size and their articles are sufficiently protected.

Returns:

If you have a wrong package and/or product and the error was due to E.Qi.Librium Herbs, the client would receive the merchandise requested at no additional cost.

To accept a return, both product and packaging must be in perfect condition and with all original content and the return performed within 7 days from receiving the order. It should also be included in the shipment, a copy of the invoice or packing slip. In case of damaged goods, the client should put himself in contact with the transport company, or failing with E.Qi.Librium Herbs, within a maximum of 24 hours and the damaged item will be resent or refunded as quickly as possible.

As a measure of food safety, we cannot accept returns when the customer changes his or her mind, this because we cannot put for sale a returned formula.
